Building Vancouver Island, the right way.

At Islander Engineering, we know that time and cost are often the biggest barriers to getting a project off the ground — so we've built our Civil Engineering services to move fast without cutting corners.

From concept to completion, our team handles everything:
✅ Zoning reviews & land use feasibility
✅ Stormwater & drainage design
✅ Road, sidewalk & servicing design
✅ Missing middle housing (SSMUH, Houseplex)
✅ Sanitary sewer modelling
✅ Fire Underwriters Survey (FUS) analysis
✅ Conceptual site planning & quantity takeoffs

We combine deep regulatory expertise with the latest technology so you get accurate analysis and design — often without waiting on outside survey or engineering data. That means fewer delays, reduced approval risks, and a smoother path from feasibility to groundbreaking.

Based in Victoria and serving communities across Vancouver Island, we're proud to be a local firm with a sustainable vision — caring for the people, land, and water that make this island special.
