No heat! New install.

Homeowner turns up the thermostat but notices the furnace does not come on. Troubleshoot. Found out that the part responsible for exhausting the burnt gases has failed.

At NO sales pressure. We offered a repair for the furnace. However homeowener opted for a new one. Which is a great decision! The new one will save about 40% on gas. Backed by 10 year warranty!

It doesnt stop there!
We also cleaned the ducts and and snapped a before and after photo!

Now this homeowner is happy got cleaned ducts , high efficient furnace and breathe easy!

NO HEAT! but only half the HEAT?

Fixed

Homeowner stated that they put their thermostat way up but the furnace still does not want to turn on.

We diagnosed and found out a part of their control has failed.

Replaced this control part and then simulated a -30C condition.
We got it working... But noticed it's only working 50% capacity and it's taking awhile to warm up the house!

We performed the necessary control adjustments to fix this issue and lo and behold we got it back up to 100% like it was installed yesterday!

Now the customer is happy! will have less waiting times to warm up the house, save on electricity cost. And most importantly will be worry free this La Niña winter!
