Meet the Ownership Group: Camila Bellon, P.Eng
Camila’s path into automation is probably not what you would expect. She brings together engineering, communications, leadership, technology, marketing, and an unusual ability to somehow keep dozens of moving pieces going at the same time.
Camila holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Social Communications, along with Kanban, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications. She also completed an Engineering Post-Baccalaureate program at the University of Manitoba.
Before becoming CEO of Eascan, she worked across different industries in pretty much any area where things needed to be organized, improved, modernized, or simply figured out. Today, she leads Eascan with a strong focus building a company culture that is both highly technical and deeply human. Around Eascan, Camila is known for somehow mixing manufacturing strategy with jokes, chickens, gardening stories, and home renovation projects. She also makes a lot of Eascan’s merch herself because apparently she has not enough things to keep her busy already.
