🔧 On-site: FUNDAMIX® Packaged Unit Installation

Our service technicians recently returned from site after installing a FUNDAMIX® packaged unit for insulin production.

The project has progressed from engineering design through fabrication and FAT, and is now in the installation and commissioning phase. The system features stainless steel pressure vessels, filtration units, and an integrated CIP/SIP system, all designed in line with stringent pharmaceutical standards for precision, hygiene, and reliability.

Beyond installation, our scope also covers commissioning, operator training, maintenance, and spare parts, ensuring the system operates reliably throughout its service life.

Project Highlight: FUNDABAC® Filters for Rich MEG Treatment

We’re pleased to share that two FUNDABAC® candle filters have been completed for the treatment of rich MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) in the oil & gas sector.

The system will be supplied for a client in Africa and is designed to ensure reliable removal of solids from the MEG regeneration loop. The filters will operate with automatic slurry discharge, providing robust performance under demanding upstream conditions.

Multiple CONTIBAC® Filters for Direct Air Capture

We are proud to share the successful completion of six CONTIBAC® filters for a Direct Air Carbon Capture (DAC) project.

In DAC processes, ambient air is treated with amine-based solvents that must be kept clean and stable for long-term operation. Reliable solid-liquid separation is essential to:
• Remove precipitated salts and particulate matter
• Protect solvent quality and extend solvent life
• Ensure consistent system performance and energy efficiency

With more than 80 installations worldwide in gas sweetening and carbon capture applications, DrM filtration systems provide proven solutions for both established and emerging CO₂ capture technologies.

This project demonstrates how CONTIBAC® filters can support the scaling of DAC as a viable path to reducing atmospheric CO₂.
