📦 Internal material flow is what slows down every warehouse that’s scaling: manual transport, high operational costs, and processes that can’t keep pace with order volume. The bigger the facility gets, the harder it is to coordinate with people alone.

✅ Robot Industries’ autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) automate internal material transport and keep your logistics flow running around the clock, with autonomous navigation that adapts even when the floor layout changes.

The result: higher productivity, fewer unplanned stops, and fewer operational errors. Fast delivery, full integration, and technical support from our team — from installation through day-to-day operation.
Robot Industries: logistics automation built for the real pace of your warehouse.

Skilled welders are hard to find. Production deadlines aren't.

That's the gap the RI-WD Collaborative Trolley Welding Station is built to close — Robot Industries' plug-and-play welding solution, ready to integrate into your line with no robotics background required.

One platform — programming, monitoring and ex*****on, managed from a single system.

Built to flex — an 11m working range (9m wire feeder + 2m robotic arm) and a 240 kg mobile trolley that relocates to a new station in under 5 minutes, so the robot adapts to the job, not the other way around.

Built for output — ±0.03 mm repeatability, MIG/MAG welding at 350A/500A, and a simplified interface that gets new operators welding without months of training.

With Robot Industries, you:
→ Scale from a single cobot to a full fleet
→ Get fast delivery
→ Get hands-on integration support
→ Get technical support for the life of the equipment

✅ Project completed at Robot Industries: palletizing and pallet transport, running as one automated flow.

The challenge was a familiar one: pallets moved manually from the production area to storage and the loading zone, and stacking quality depended on whoever was on shift.

We paired our collaborative palletizing cell, which picks products straight off the line and stacks them with ±0.04 mm precision, with our outdoor logistic robot, which picks up the finished pallet — 2,000 kg payload, IP65 protection — and moves it onward, including into outdoor storage areas.

The result: from palletizing to transport, with no manual handoff in between. The system is already running at a partner's site.

🧹 At Robot Industries, every cleaning robot is fully verified and tested before it reaches the client.

In large, high-traffic spaces — airports, logistics hubs — a robot that isn't built for it gets stuck or leaves gaps uncleaned.

✅ Gausium Omnie: 360° navigation (3D LiDAR + RGB camera), anti-collision and anti-drop.
✅ Scrubbing and dust mopping, up to 3,604 m²/h.
✅ Up to 8h of autonomy — returns on its own to the docking station, included in the set.

Robot Industries: we only deliver what we've verified ourselves.

Collaborative automation for automotive electronics manufacturing

How can a repetitive manual loading operation be automated while maintaining production efficiency, consistency and flexibility?

For a global manufacturer of electronic components and modules, we implemented a complete collaborative pick-and-place solution based on a JAKA Zu5 cobot, designed to automatically transfer components from a conveyor to a processing machine.

The system combines a dedicated gripper, presence sensors and a custom support pedestal to ensure precise and consistent component handling throughout the production cycle.

The solution achieved the required cycle time while operating at only ~50% of the robot’s available performance capacity, leaving significant room for future throughput increases.

A practical example of how collaborative robotics can improve process consistency, operator ergonomics and production flexibility in automotive electronics manufacturing.

🔧 Project complete: delivered, installed, running.

A complete palletizing line — a palletizing cell with automatic wrapping, conveyors, and mobile robots for pallet handling — installed and commissioned by the Robot Industries team.

Delivering the equipment is only the first step. Our team handles installation, setup, and commissioning on-site, until the line runs exactly as designed.

From order to an operational production line — a turnkey project, managed end-to-end by Robot Industries.

🤖 Every new process you automate usually means another robot, another vendor, another integration — and cost and complexity grow every time your business expands.

One adaptable robotic solution instead of four separate ones means: ✅ One integration, not a new one for every process ✅ One trained team, not one per system ✅ Costs that don't multiply every time your business grows

The Robot Industries humanoid robot is exactly that: it moves wherever you need it — manufacturing, healthcare, public spaces, logistics — on the same platform.

Robot Industries: one robotic solution, not four.

A few millimeters can make the difference between a perfect weld and costly rework.

Parts shift. Positioning varies. The seam isn't always exactly where the robot expects it to be.

With Touch Sensing, RI CobotWelder detects the actual position of the workpiece before welding and adapts its path accordingly.

→ More precision
→ Consistent weld quality
→ Less rework

📦 The biggest bottleneck in automation isn't the technology — it's the wait. Many companies drop a project because the essential equipment is quoted at 3-6 months, and the production line can't wait that long.

At Robot Industries, we keep robotic solutions ready in stock — your project doesn't start from zero the moment you place an order.

✅ Solutions ready to ship, straight from stock.
✅ Fast delivery — no long manufacturer lead times.
✅ From order to installation, in a fraction of the time the industry is used to.

While others make you wait, we get you back on the production line.

500+ modular homes built. Hundreds of corners welded by hand, every one needing to match the last.

A Spanish modular home manufacturer (Casas Cube, based in Carballo, A Coruña) with over 10 years in the industry and a footprint across Madrid, Barcelona, Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, and Mallorca came to us with a challenge familiar to anyone manufacturing at scale: manual welding is hard to make consistent. Every corner required close inspection, and small inconsistencies meant rework and lost time.

We equipped their production line with a Robot Industries collaborative welding station on a mobile trolley:
→ 1,400 mm reach
→ water-cooled 500A MIG/MAG power source
→ fast repositioning along the modular structure

The result: uniform welds on every corner, far fewer manual checks, and operators free to focus on supervision and positioning instead of repetitive corrections.
