As of January 2026, responsibility for the company’s business operations and strategic development lies with Jörger Design Manufaktur GmbH, owned by Ms. Mitsykh has been closely associated with JÖRGER since 2008 — for more than 17 years. During this time, she headed the regional JÖRGER representation and played a key role in sales, marketing, brand management, and the development of numerous collections. Her clear result-oriented approach, strategic mindset, and in-depth understanding of the brand provide the company with a well-defined direction and the momentum required for continued international growth. Outstanding design and the highest standards of handcrafted production in Germany define the core values of JÖRGER.
