"𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱?"

This question comes up on nearly every pushback quote, and our answer is more specific than a single number.

Aisles should be sufficient to allow an operator to square up to the pallet without turning into the pushback rack. In practice, that usually works out to about 6 inches more than the truck manufacturer's minimum aisle requirement.

A truck manufacturer's minimum describes what the equipment can physically do. Those 6 inches are the gap between a spec built around the machine and one built around how the system gets used on a day to day basis.

Our pushback is installed in applications using counterbalance, reach, deep reach, swing reach and clamp trucks, and each has its own minimum. Confirming which truck the system will use before the layout is drawn is extremely helpful in the planning stages.

At Euroroll, all colleagues in administration have the opportunity to participate in a one-hour English group course every week.

In collaboration with KERNTraining, we offer a tailored course programme with three courses at three different language levels:
• English for beginners
• Advanced English
• Business English

The course content is closely linked to our everyday work. Participants discuss company-related topics, practise typical professional situations and improve their grammar and spelling.

Our goal is to strengthen communication with international colleagues, customers and partners, while helping every participant feel confident speaking English in their daily work.

Reliable pallet handling is essential for efficient palletizing of stackable goods.

For this project, Euroroll supplied horizontal triple track lanes with a 0% slope to provide a continuous pallet supply for a palletizing system. As the stacked load carriers were too high for gravity flow, horizontal transfer was the ideal solution.

Our pallet roller tracks support both lengthwise and crosswise pallet conveying. The roller pitch is selected according to the pallet type and load to ensure reliable support and smooth pallet transfer while preventing pallet battens from dropping between the rollers.
