Pallet Flow systems use gravity-driven roller conveyors with a typical incline of around 4% to move pallets in a controlled manner through storage channels.

To improve accessibility, tiltable roller conveyors can be integrated into the channel layout.

Hinged on one side and released on the other, they can be opened like a door. This provides direct access to rollers and brake rollers for maintenance and inspection, while also creating space underneath the conveyor — making cleaning easier and more efficient.

This reduces downtime, simplifies servicing and makes the system especially attractive for industries with high cleaning requirements.
