Hi everyone not put a post up for a while but this car is worth posting up. Had the pleasure of working on a very rare car the one of one TVR 440 R, this came to me about end of March to get some
specialist work done on the chassis , as the car is a 2003 its getting old and things do rust in this climate, the job in task was to replace a section on the chassis close to the front, once in there i found that i had to replace a section 1 meter long as the rust had go along a bigger section than what you could see from the outside, anyway all cut out ,fully welded and resealed, there was also two mounting points on the outside of the body which had to be cut out and redone , alloy and carbon fibre areas repaired . tided up some of the washers bolts and the stainless steel guard as well, so all looking good again.
