Remember the vw golf we had in for a few issues?

Well battery tested and failed. Batteries on modern cars are super essential if they drop below a certain voltage they can cause all sorts of faults making you think your car has loads of issues.

This car also had issues connecting to vw we connect. For those that dont know, its a feature on fresh vwag that can allow you to do remote start (if auto) track your car and also allows you buy weird and wonderful functions.

We carried out all the software updates vw told us to do. We were then told vw connect was down and cant be fixed till next year.

This simply wasn't good enough for me.

I was running around trying to get any information and kept coming up dry. I contacted vw technical who couldn't give me answers.

After a few days of head scratching and expert help within our vw network I was able to get the solution and the vw connect up and running.

Customer was well pleased no trips to vw.

If you have any issues with your vehicle dont hesitate to contact us.
