E-Frank are very pleased to announce that we have officially completed our project at Trafford Gardens. The site has undergone a remarkable transformation since we began works in September 2025.

The scope of this contract included reinforced foundations, drainage, ducting works, and comprehensive external works. I have included our project portfolio below, which highlights the progress and the final results achieved throughout the duration of the project.

E-Frank Civils is currently seeking a Groundworker/Machine Driver to lead a team of three. This role covers projects across Lancashire, Manchester, Liverpool, and Warrington, and a company van will be provided.

Requirements:

- Machine operator 360 10 tonne above and below (CPCS or NPORS)
- Valid driving license
- SSSTS certification
- First Aid certification (training can be provided if required)
- CSCS

Trafford Gardens - The Villa Elevation

While we have been a little quiet across our social platforms over the Christmas period, the team at E-Frank has been very busy making significant progress at our Trafford Gardens site.

The Villa elevation, we have successfully completed the footings. This process involved the installation of reinforcement mesh and wall starters to properly strengthen the cavity. Following the completion of the brickwork, we installed A393 mesh into the cavities and filled them with a lean mix RC35 concrete to ensure structural integrity.

Infill and concrete foundation complete on our Trafford Gardens site in Manchester

White City Elevation

The scope of work for this first phase includes:
✅Infill with Type 1
✅Excavate strip foundations and pads
✅Concrete infill with a lay flat pump.

Gaining access to the rear of Block B presented some challenges, requiring us to break out 8mÂł of concrete. To establish safe and stable access, we then installed 80 tonnes of Type 1 aggregate. For these tasks, we utilized a 1.5-tonne excavator and a 1-tonne dumper.

Additionally, a lay-flat pump was necessary to effectively lay 10mÂł of concrete in the area.
