A small extension making a big difference to the space inside.

For this project, we formed a new front door opening in the existing porch and built a porch extension to allow the kitchen to be opened up and enlarged.

We also completely re-roofed both the existing porch and the new extension, with brickwork matched to the property and new entrance steps to finish the outside.

The internal space is now plastered and ready for the next stage of the kitchen refurbishment.

The lads have been busy carrying out solar panel repairs and maintenance, replacing around 5,500 securing clips across the installation.

It’s a big job with plenty of repetitive work, requiring patience and attention to detail to make sure each panel is properly secured.

A big thank you to the team for their hard work and commitment throughout this project.

Ex-Display Handleless Gloss Kitchen with Quartz Worktops – £3,500

Modern ex-display kitchen finished in white high-gloss with a contemporary handleless design, contrasting dark internals and black quartz worktops.

The layout consists of a full-height bank of storage units together with a large central island. The island provides generous cupboard and drawer storage, an extended seating area and plenty of worktop space.

Included in the sale:

* White high-gloss kitchen units, doors, drawers and panels
* Full-height storage units
* Large central island
* Black quartz worktops
* Black induction hob
* Black inset sink
* Internal shelving and storage fittings supplied with the kitchen

Approximate dimensions:

* Full-height unit section: 3,200mm wide
* Island: 2,700mm long

The two ovens, dishwasher and three pendant lights shown in the photographs are not included.

Please note that the quartz worktop on the hob side cracked while the kitchen was being dismantled and is now in two sections. It should be possible for a competent worktop specialist to repair and join it using a suitable resin-based quartz repair product. This has been taken into account in the asking price.

The kitchen has already been carefully dismantled and is ready for collection. Delivery can be arranged for a small additional fee, depending on location. Installation can also be provided if required and will be quoted separately.

The kitchen is sold as seen. The buyer is responsible for checking that the dimensions and layout are suitable before purchasing.

Price: £3,500 Ono – no VAT included.

Another varied selection of commercial works recently completed by the RJH Construction team.

The projects included forming a new stone access path, replacing a damaged lamp post and installing protective crash barriers, constructing a fully sealed containment area for controlled internal works, and excavating a service trench for new underground ducting before carefully reinstating the area.

From specialist internal works to groundworks and essential site improvements, our team can manage a wide range of commercial projects safely and efficiently from start to finish.

Another project completed by RJH Construction

We installed this new purpose-built roof access to replace the existing access, providing a secure and weatherproof entrance onto the factory roof. The new structure has been fully clad and finished with a new access door and roof covering.

A shout out to Coastal Engineering Services for carrying out the structural steelwork and for moving and adjusting the existing staircase to suit the new access position.

A great team effort and a tidy finished result.

Another project complete.

This project has completely transformed the original garage, creating a new second storey bedroom with ensuite, along with a full garage conversion below, giving the property a huge amount of additional living space.

The new first floor extension has been finished externally in Cedral Chalk White cladding, while internally the new bedroom and converted garage have been fully plastered and decorated ready for the flooring.

The ensuite has come together really well, with marble effect wall panels, matching flooring, a feature vanity unit and brushed gold fittings throughout.

We’ve finally received the shower screen and installed that to complete our work on this project ready to hand over.

A great transformation and a massive improvement to the space.

Thank you to M Ferne Electrical Ltd for another completed install

And Darren Mayne Architectural Technology
Great to see the original plans come together and turn into the finished space.
