Our DELTA PART 4000 is one of the range of highly insulated bi-folding doors manufactured for large openings in a variety of track arrangements. The maximum height of the door is 6m but can be manufactured to suit wide openings with 4 + 2 door leaf combinations.

This door offers a proven individual door system solution where insulation, minimum headroom of only 150mm, no bottom track or rail, high security and large openings are being considered.

All Enerco insulated bi-folding doors are manufactured in modular design and are almost maintenance free. This results in outstanding operational reliability, fast and inexpensive repairs when damage occurs, as well as low operating costs.

This door can be fitted with complete all round safety controls i.e. photocells at low level and fail safe opto-electric safety

DELTA LOAD POD - More Information

Our DELTA Load Pods are formed by creating a bolt on, easy to assemble structure in front of the existing building.

Wherever there is a space issue, or the existing building does not allow internal ramps, or tail board access is not available, our Loading Pod is the ideal solution.

Each pod is tailored to suit your operational requirements but typically includes the hinged or telescopic dock leveller, the dock seal, loading bay door and accessories.

Our pods can be mounted at 90 degrees or at an angle to the building if space and turning areas are an issue.

DELTA WHEEL GUIDES - More Information

Our DELTA Wheel Guides are constructed from 140mm or 168mm O.D steel tubes with 90 degree, 300mm outside radius bends at either side.

Each Wheel Guide is nominally 2518mm long and 300mm above ground with 300mm by 300mm by 10mm base plates welded at each end with 25mm diameter holes to each corner of each base plate.

Each Wheel Guide has 400mm extended legs at each end with tangs to facilitate a solid cast fix.

Wheel Guides should be mounted centrally to the loading dock and spaced apart 2580mm between tubes.

They are specifically designed to bridge the gap between the vehicle deck and the loading equipment whilst at the same time, level the difference in height between the ramp and the loading platform.

Telescopic lip levellers are ideally suited for the unloading of tightly packed trailers where precise location of the lip is of paramount importance. The platform and telescopic lip can be moved precisely by operation of the up, down, extended and retract buttons.
