Dessian Products Ltd

Dessian Products Ltd PVCu Fabricator of REHAU Profile Dessian has more than 25 years' experience fabricating windows, doors and conservatories.

We pride ourselves on manufacturing high quality PVCu products using primarily REHAU profile. As one of the largest fabricators in the United Kingdom and Ireland, we employ over 100 employees. Our staff turnover is extremely low, meaning our team is highly experienced with excellent product knowledge. We operate from a state-of-the-art 70,000 sq. foot factory in Belfast and we also have a factory

in Cumbernauld, Scotland. Our customers cover the entire range, including Retail Window Companies, Trade Installers, House Builders, Municipal Education & Health Authorities and Housing Associations across Ireland and Great Britain. We also supply DIY and Trade Sales through our WINDOWMATE business, with glazed products supplied on request through both WINDOWMATE and Dessian Scotland. Over the years, we have achieved a number of accreditations to ensure that all of our products are manufactured to the highest possible level. These include ISO and Kitemarks standards. We can also supply a range of Secured by Design products, a widely recognised police initiative to make windows and doors more secure. Both our colour and product range are extremely wide. We can also supply low Window Energy Rating (WER) products as well as triple glazed windows, which can reach an exceptionally low u-Value of 0.8W/m2K. Dessian can also provide you with the “Satellite” business management tool. This software does more than simply order frames. Satellite will help you to manage your business, professionalise quotations and offer multiple quote options for your customers. It can also create accurate invoices, provide a comprehensive cost analysis of each job and, importantly, provide instant glass sizes. Dessian can provide you with full workplace training inclusive of sales, technical and IT support, however, once up and running the system is usually straightforward. We will be happy to provide more details on request. Disclaimer:

👏 Huge congratulations to our driver, Magda, on passing her Class 1 HGV licence! 🚛

Magda is the first female driver within the group to achieve this qualification and can now drive any vehicle in our fleet, including articulated lorries. 🚚💨

Passing a Class 1 test is no small feat – it takes commitment, determination and lots of skill.

It is a fantastic accomplishment and a real boost for our Transport team.

Well done Magda!🌟

🚛 👩‍💼 Last week, our Transport Manager, Paula O'Reilly, and Driver, Magda Pyrka, attended a Women in Logistics UK event at Henderson Wholesale’s premises in Belfast.

The event brought together women from across the transport and logistics industry to network, share experiences and discuss some of the key challenges currently facing the sector.

It was a great opportunity to hear different perspectives, exchange ideas and recognise the valuable contribution women make to the transport industry every day.

Did you know?

The Irish Government has now launched standalone grants of up to €5,600 for window and door upgrades under the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) Better Energy Homes Scheme.

Grant highlights:
• Up to €4,000 for detached homes
• Up to €3,000 for semi-detached/end-terrace homes
• €800 per door (max two)

💡 Why installers should care

Homeowners now have a strong incentive to upgrade, with demand expected to rise from March 2026!

⚠️ All work must be completed by an SEAI-registered contractor
✅ Registration = access to work others can’t win
🌍 Relevant for RoI installers and NI teams working cross-border

At Dessian, we’re not affiliated with SEAI, but we’re ready to support installers preparing for increased retrofit demand.

Dessian was proud to present a cheque for £1,000 to Air Ambulance NI today. 🚁

Last year, we sadly lost our colleague William Hewitt in a motorbike accident. Air Ambulance NI attended the scene, and this donation is made in recognition of the vital support the service provides.

Did you know?

• It costs £8,200 per day to operate the Air Ambulance
• On average, two people require its services each day
• The helicopter can reach anywhere in Northern Ireland within 25 minutes

Thank you to everyone who supported and took part in the fundraising activities. 💙
