An emotional day here at TMFSC as we say goodbye to our first retiree of the year, Our Russ... yes theres another to follow 😢
A Huge Happy Birthday AND Happy Retirement to "wor Russel" 🎂😴
Russ decided 18 months ago its time to hang up his tool belt, and today he donned it for the final time (until his wife finds out at least) 🙈🛠🔥
As a family we had worked with Russ for somewhere in the region of 15 - 17 years before he joined our team in October 2021.
Russ is a gentle giant with a methodical and calm approach to everything, not to mention one of the hardest workers you'll ever meet, leaving some of the highest standard of work you'll ever see your departure will leave some extremely big boots to fill 🥾
For your continued dedication and hard work we can't thank you enough even up until that last screw today you were putting in 110% effort. A rare find as a true company man!
Russ, from all of us here at TMFSC, the last 20 + years you have been an absolute pleasure to work with and be around.
So, heres to a long, happy and healthy retirement 😀🍻
