Our EUSR Utility Detection courses are designed to help learners correctly use CAT and Genny equipment to detect underground cables and pipes, reduce the risk of utility strikes and support safe digging practices. Celebrating Haley Bradley’s success!

Haley first joined us at our Women in Construction Day in Sizewell and went on to successfully complete our funded Operator Skills Hub FTD course.
Haley gained real, industry-recognised training through our Lound Operator Skills Hub, including forward tipping dumper, marshalling, and the opportunity for Dual View Dumper familiarisation, building the skills and confidence to take her next step into construction.

At Operator Skills Hub, we offer real training for real industry opportunities, creating positive outcomes for people looking to start or progress their careers. It’s brilliant to see women like Haley moving into construction. Congratulations, Haley!

We're delighted to have supported the recent Plant Mechanic Bootcamp delivered in partnership with United Colleges Group, based in Paddington and Willesden.

The Skills Bootcamp course was aimed at learners who has some experience and knowledge in automotive mechanics or with general constriction experience.

The course focused on the following:
- General Health & Safety
- Introduction to Plant Machinery
- Introduction to Welding
- Behavioural safety
- Introduction to plant mechanics

We welcome the opportunity to support such initiatives as they help more people access employment opportunities in the construction plant industry.

Even more importantly, in partnership with Operator Skills Hub, Flannery Plant Hire is strengthening the Brent community, where its headquarters are based, while making a tangible impact through employment. One bootcamp candidate has already joined the team at the Wembley Depot, and a second offer was extended on Friday. We look forward to building on this success and supporting more individuals into meaningful careers.

We're proud to support and work closely with our local London College and expect the partnership to go from strength to strength in the coming years.

Jennifer joined our Forward Tipping Dumper and Vehicle Marshall courses in Lound through the Skills Bootcamp, gaining confidence, practical skills and two new qualifications.
