Bracebridge Engineering Ltd Metal pressing is our specialty. We manufacture bespoke presswork and metal pressings, using ferrous and non-ferrous metals in sheet coil or tube form.

Bracebridge Engineering has been supplying quality presswork to companies in the UK and worldwide from its Birmingham base almost 40 years working with large major international to small local companies. Bracebridge Engineering Limited was established in 1978 as a sub-contract supplier of pressed components and metal pressings to customers’ own specifications. This still comprises the core of our

business. Today’s challenging business environment demands flexibility from its suppliers. We will accommodate small and large volumes to suit your needs. Shorter runs are manufactured on single operation tooling and larger volume runs are produced on progression tooling or transfer presses. We offer a range of ancillary processes such as sub-assemblies, spot welding, surface finishing, thread rolling and tube sawing. We utilise techniques such as Project Timing Plans , Quality plans, PPAP, FMEA, S.P.C. and other internal control procedures to ensure we meet our customer expectations. In this way we offer the one-stop solution that today’s customers need and our well motivated and enthusiastic management team has a culture to provide fully finished items on time – every time!
