Another great night at 🔥

This time the guest speaker was Adam Lawrence and wow, what a guy. Securing over 850 properties is just unreal 🤯

A real strategist when it comes to property, numbers, and the market. Self-confessed property nerd, but clearly it’s worked for him because he’s absolutely smashed it. The depth he went into on the current market, deal analysis, and opportunities was next level.
Very inspiring to hear from someone operating at that level and still keeping it real.

“One night only… the men were allowed in 😅”

First time attending the amazing event over in Dudley, hosted by the brilliant

Great guest speakers, very inspirational, &

Usually a ladies only networking room, but once a quarter they open the doors for a mixed event, so I had to take the opportunity and get in the room.

Great energy all night, some really strong speakers, good conversations, and a chance to meet both new faces and familiar people from the property world.

One thing I’ll always say…
Your network really is your net worth.
Growth comes from being around people who are already doing what you want to do, people with ambition, drive, and the mindset to keep moving forward.

The right room can change your direction, your opportunities, and sometimes even your whole business.

Looking forward to heading back in 3 months… when I’m allowed back in 😂

Happy 19th birthday to my firstborn, Taylor ❤️

19 years ago today, you made me a Dad, and I’ve been proud of you every single day since. Watching you grow into the strong, kind, hardworking young woman you are today has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

You’re an amazing big sister and daughter, everything you do, you give your all to.

I’m going to miss you so much while you’re away, but I know this next chapter is going to be an incredible adventure for you. The world is yours now, go out there, live it, and absolutely smash it

Another great day in the classroom with the Inner Circle, diving deep into all things planning with the incredibly knowledgeable Ian Warmsley, the planning geek himself.

Today was packed with valuable insights around planning, things to watch out for on the property journey, and strategies that could save serious time and money on future projects.

But days like this are about more than just knowledge.
They’re about being in a room full of great people, sharing progress, discussing opportunities, helping others move forward, and learning from those further along the path.

That’s where the real growth happens.
As always, there’s no better investment than investing in yourself.

Meanwhile behind the scenes, we’re currently working on two great flip projects that will be coming to our social media soon, and we’ll be documenting the journey on our YouTube channel as well.

The downstairs cloakroom is now complete ✅
And this is proof that even the smallest room in the house can make a massive difference.
We’ve:

✔️ Boxed in the cistern for a clean, modern finish
✔️ Tiled half height for a sharp, practical look
✔️ Installed a new WC
✔️ Fitted a new wash basin
✔️ Added a fresh towel rail
✔️ Laid a concrete-effect click LVT floor

All finished and ready for the customer to add their final paint colour and personal touches 🎨
It’s a simple upgrade… but it completely lifts the feel of the property.

In flips and refurbs, these details matter. Buyers and guests notice them straight away.

Minimal downtime. Maximum efficiency.
While we were waiting on fabrication, we kept the project moving — splashback tiled, grouted, hob and hood fitted, finishing touches underway.
