Units are in, floor’s levelled and the quartz is getting templated.

Next up ➡️ herringbone flooring, frontals going on and appliances going in, ready for the quartz installation.

90 new followers in just 16 days... and I honestly can't thank you enough. 🙌 That's on tiktok, so I'm hoping to grow my Instagram followers as well.

I'm just a normal builder working in property, trying to grow a business, create a better future for my family, and share the journey along the way.

🛁 The little details are what bring a renovation to life...

This bathroom is really starting to come together now.

We're going for a timeless shabby chic look, with classic white metro tiles, a decorative dado rail, traditional flooring and carefully chosen fixtures to give it a bright, elegant finish.

We've still got the back-to-wall WC, vanity basin and the finishing touches to install, but you can already see the vision starting to take shape.

It's always exciting when a renovation reaches this stage and the design starts becoming a reality.

🚪 Every little detail makes a big difference...

One of the things we love most about renovating properties is creating a vision that flows from room to room.

In this assisted sale, we're building a custom media unit, adding decorative wall panelling, carrying the herringbone flooring through the ground floor and up the stairs, and starting with a fresh white canvas before bringing the final design to life.

Sometimes it's not just about renovating a house, it's about creating a home that buyers can instantly picture themselves living in.

🤯 Every house teaches you something new...

We've renovated hundreds of properties over the years, but this is a first for us.

We're trying to install a new central heating system, but with concrete ceilings and hollow terracotta block internal walls, it's making what should be a straightforward job anything but!

Throw in electrics running in every direction and completely out of zone, and you can see why every renovation has its own unique challenges.

This is the reality of property renovations, it's all about adapting, solving problems, and finding the best way forward.
