leaking 18 year old boiler taken out. A new Baxi 430 boiler with a system filter, shock arrestor and EPH thermostat installed. We also carried out a chemical flush of the radiators.
This particular boiler comes with a 5 year manufacturers warranty.

Recently we took out this old Ravenheat boiler located in a very wet area of the cellar.
Spoke with the customer and decided it would be better to relocate the boiler to a much drier area of the cellar.
A new Baxi 430 with a 5 year manufacturers warranty fitted.

This system had very poor circulation and cold spots on radiators down stairs.
Full flush of the heating system and a new boiler installed.
Now running efficiently and keeping the customer nice and warm.

15 year old Ravenheat stopped working Tuesday and we managed to move some jobs around to install a new Baxi 400 with a 5 year manufacturers warranty today. Customer was delighted to have heating and hot water again.
