Dry rot to a property in Stobswell area of Dundee. Fungus caused by leaking gutters and choked downpipe. Affecting wall and ceiling linings along timber lintols etc. All affected areas stripped, sterilised and reinstated. Keep on top of external maintenance of gutters to stop this happening in the future
