The Penryn Ladies Inner Warrior team is perfect for anyone wanting to start rugby for the first time, ease back into the sport, build confidence after an injury or develop skills in new positions. With students from Falmouth University and University of Exeter in Cornwall wanting to meet more people, local Cornish maids looking for a new challenge and long standing players who just want more relaxed fun rugby, the Inner Warrior team has something to offer everyone. The “one squad two teams” ethos at Penryn means the inner warrior players train with the national challenge 1 players helping to develop everyone’s skills and confidence. While individual coaching is offered where necessary or wanted due to the four- strong qualified coaching team. Penryn RFC truly is the place where there is rugby for all along with a huge, friendly social side to keep everyone together off the pitch as well as on it.

Come down to the Memorial Ground, Penryn RFC on a Tuesday or Thursday from 7pm till 8:30pm to meet everyone and see what it’s all about or drop us a message to find out more.
