TWO NEW EXTENSIONS UNDERWAY IN PARK BOTTOM! 🏡

Great progress on two of our latest extension projects in Park Bottom. Both extensions now have their concrete bases poured and are ready for the next stages of construction.

We’ve also made fantastic progress on the external works at one of the properties, with:

✅ New retaining walls constructed
✅ Patio laid
✅ Raised flower borders built and finished
✅ Groundworks progressing ready for the next phase

💪 OVER 200 TONNES MOVED BY HAND!

One of the biggest challenges across these projects has been the extremely restricted access. With no way of getting a dumper in and limited access with micron digger our team has had to move over 200 Tonnes of material by wheel barrow and partly shovel. That’s a serious amount of hard graft and a huge effort from everyone involved over the last few weeks.

Next up, getting both extensions out of the ground! 🧱

Our brand new bin store is now in place!

This is Phase 1 of 3 in our ongoing 2026 development plans for The New Inn and it’s all part of giving the pub the care, investment and attention it truly deserves ❤️

This isn’t just about moving bins….. it’s about improving the whole pub environment:
✅ Keeps the outside area looking clean, tidy & more welcoming
✅ Improves hygiene & organisation
✅ Makes collections safer & more efficient
✅ Stops bin lorries needing to stop on a tight bend in the road 🚛
