NEW PROJECT 🙌🏻🔥

We are very excited to have commenced on an exciting new project

We have been tasked with constructing the New Sports Pavillion for Barrington Parish Council

Site set up is completed, welfare in place and demolition of the existing Pavillion is start this week.
We are privileged to have been trusted to construct what will be a great community hub.

🤔 At first glance, you won’t see much - but that’s what it’s all about! ⤵️

This is what we have done:
➡️ A warm new coat for the existing house, with careful junction detailing to hide 160mm of EWI and lots of additional roof insulation
➡️ Out with the gas – all now operated via ASHP
➡️ Careful integration of new technology - without turning the house into an M&E showroom…
➡️ All new MVHR ductwork carefully integrated and hidden
➡️ Removal of chimneys and airtightness improvements to reduce air leakage
➡️ Handmade brick slips to replicate existing period details
➡️ Re-use of existing windows (moved out into the insulation layer) to reduce waste
➡️ Solar PV & battery - By JLB car charger, and lots of other exciting features.
➡️ No need for the client to move out NGU CONSTRUCTION

Works have commenced on extending this 2 bedroom bungalow into a brand new 1550sqft 4 bedroom home.

We are delighted to have commenced on this new Extension for Cottenham Community Centre.

We will be extending and rebuilding to create much needed space for the local community

The additional space also includes a new lift shaft and accesible lift - improving usability for classes and group meetings. ✅

Our dedicated site team have started the site set up and demolition on a challengingly tight site. 🔥
