Movember Update

The moustaches are coming along nicely — but more importantly, it’s a great reminder of how vital it is to talk.

Mental health can be a silent and unassuming struggle, and the stigma around opening up still stops far too many people from speaking out. Let’s change that. If you’re finding things difficult, please reach out. There is support, and you’re never alone.

Let’s keep sharing, supporting, and looking out for one another.

And if anyone would like to donate, we’re raising funds for Papyrus, who do incredible work in su***de prevention. (Link below)

Here at The Gas Rooms Training Centre, we’re proud to support men’s health.

This Movember, Tony, Jules, and I are taking part to raise awareness for a cause that’s close to our hearts.

Mental health in men is a serious issue, particularly within the construction industry. We recognise the importance of encouraging men to talk and share their thoughts with each other.

The stresses and strains of our industry are real, and by supporting and caring for one another, we can help prevent su***de and make a real difference.

Let’s talk, listen, and end the stigma around mental health. We’re here if anyone needs to talk.
