Steam boilers are typically assembled using a silver soldering method at temperatures between 640-700°C. This process creates strong, durable joints that can withstand the pressure inside the boiler.

🛠️ If small leaks develop over time, a high-temperature solder alloy like Comsol can be used to carefully reseal the area without compromising the original joints.

Silver Brazing🔹

Johnson Matthey's Tenacity™ No.5 Flux Powder is a high temperature silver brazing flux with an extended life at brazing temperature, particularly helpful when brazing steel or copper.
