What a week in Athens. 🏛️

Creo Medical was proud to be a Diamond Sponsor at the 1st Hygeia Endosurgical Course 2026 — a landmark international event co-organised by HEAL Academy, ARSGE, and Hygeia Hospital, bringing together world experts and leading endoscopists at the N. Louros Conference Centre.

Three days of live cases, interactive lectures, multidisciplinary discussions, and hands-on workshops — with Creo’s Adaptive Multimodal Energy devices, including Speedboat Notch, in the hands of world-class endoscopists.

The journey began a day early: on 22 October, our team ran a Pioneer Workshop at the ELPEN lab for delegates from Israel and Croatia — seven hours of hands-on experience ahead of the main programme. As the Pioneer philosophy goes: a course is the start of a journey.

Day 1 at the SATC·C Basic ESD Training Course in Odense — and it’s been a full one.

Dr Zacharias Tsiamoulos opened the day sharing highlights from eight years of Speedboat and Adaptive Multimodal Energy practice. This afternoon, hands-on ex-vivo sessions with Speedboat and SpydrBlade gave participants from across Denmark their first direct experience of the platform.

Day 2 tomorrow — in-vivo. Thank you to the SATC·C team at Odense University Hospital and to Ferdinand Medical for making this possible.

This week Creo Medical and Ferdinand Medical are in Odense at the SATC·C Basic ESD Training Course.

During the course, Dr Zacharias Tsiamoulos shares highlights from his journey with Creo's Advanced Energy platform and Speedboat — eight years of practice, 300+ cases, and a 0.03% recurrence rate from a high-volume complex polyp service. Alongside his talk, hands-on sessions with Speedboat and SpydrBlade run across both days — ex-vivo on Day 1, in-vivo on Day 2.

Yesterday, ahead of the 1st Hygeia Endoscopy Live Course, our team delivered a Pioneer Workshop at the ELPEN laboratory in Athens, Greece — bringing together endoscopists from Israel and Croatia for seven hours of intensive, hands-on learning.

In collaboration with our partners Boston Medical and Tradis G*t, attendees worked through tunnelling technique, pocket creation, traction, and haemostasis control using our Adaptive Multimodal Energy devices. The feedback was fantastic — and we already have a case booked from one of the Croatian attendees next week.

Today and over the weekend, delegates join world experts and volume users of Creo devices at the first Hygeia Endoscopy Live Course to continue building their skills. This is exactly the kind of momentum a Pioneer Workshop is designed to create.
