Good morning and welcome ,

This page has had a lot of new followers in the last week after videos of our live charity event went viral.

This page is for Greywood engineering. Which is a small engineering business in Surrey that specialises in miniature steam locomotives, please get in touch if there is anything we may be able to do for you.

However if after seeing the video of the railway you would like to know where it was then it is the Great Cockcrow Railway, Surrey. https://cockcrow.co.uk The railway opens to the public every Sunday (weather permitting ) from May until October

A small team which included volunteers and friends of the GCR was involved last weekend in a charity event for Alzheimer’s society and The T9 project in which we have raised a staggering £10,000.

What an achievement, what a team!

Over £9500 raised for charity , which couldn’t have been done without this fantastic group of people , plus those not in the photo.

We would like to thank everyone for donating , we are keeping the gofundme page open for one more week and splitting between the two fantastic causes. The Alzheimer’s society and the T9 Project.

For those planning to come over to see the finish, we're planning on finishing at 2 instead of 4 because we're so far ahead and once we get to 120 miles we're done, we're all knackered and so is the engine!

Selfless plug.

Only 19 days to go until the charity event. 120 miles in 24 hours on a 7&1/4” T9 locomotive.
All monies raised will be split between Alzheimer’s society and the 563 locomotive group .
