Arcura are proud to showcase our recent work at Barchester Healthcare new Weystone Manor Care Home in Woking. Arcura was appointed to deliver a full package of specialist window and door installations, helping bring this modern care facility to life.

Our team supplied and installed a range of high performance products, including PVC windows and doors, aluminium bifold doors, single and automated entrance doors, and fire rated windows to meet stringent safety and performance standards.

The completed works now support a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for residents and staff combining durability, compliance, and clean, modern aesthetics throughout the building. Another project delivered with expertise, reliability, and technical excellence in windows.

A project defined by design detail and technical precision.

At Argyll House, Arcura delivered a complex aluminium glazing package tailored to a distinctive retro inspired scheme, combining aesthetic ambition with strict performance requirements. From bespoke green frame finishes to EI60 fire rated windows and glass to glass corner details, every element required careful coordination and specialist input.

This result is a high quality finish delivered in line with programme, achieving the architectural vision while maintaining compliance, performance, and long-term reliability.

A distinctive care home scheme delivered with a strong balance of practicality and visual quality. Arcura provided a primarily PVC-U glazing package, complemented by aluminium and steel elements including entrance doors, bifolds and access-controlled door sets.

Featuring tall windows and bespoke bay details, the project required careful coordination across multiple façade elements, alongside additional technical considerations such as Secured by Design requirements.

Through close collaboration and on-site adaptability, Arcura delivered a high-quality finish that combines strong visual appeal with reliable long-term performance.

Arcura delivered a mixed PVC-U and aluminium glazing package for this retirement and social housing development, with aluminium systems primarily used across communal areas.

The scheme also included smoke vent windows, steel security doors, louvred service doors, buggy store entrances, and a glazed rear atrium. Fire safety was a key driver, with 60 minute fire rated requirements influencing system selection, alongside the coordinated installation of automated opening mechanisms.

Working through evolving designs and on site challenges, Arcura remained flexible and collaborative, delivering practical, compliant solutions that support both performance and long term usability.

Arcura delivered a full aluminium glazing package for this scheme, providing a coordinated solution aligned with both planning requirements and programme demands.

The installation included aluminium windows and doors, curtain walling, bifold doors, and automated entrance screens, creating a consistent, high performance finish across the building.

Following a late specification change from PVC-U back to aluminium, Arcura was introduced at a later stage. Through careful planning and collaboration, the team optimised the programme by undertaking a single, full-building survey and installation, rather than a phased approach, enabling efficient fabrication and delivery.

This streamlined approach minimised disruption and allowed the project to be completed ahead of programme. The result is a high quality, fully compliant aluminium solution that supports both the architectural vision and project timelines.

We are delighted at Arcura to have secured a Gateway scheme at Brent Cross Town, supporting the delivery of a pioneering co living development in one of London’s most ambitious regeneration areas. This landmark scheme will deliver 352 co living homes, designed to foster a strong sense of community alongside individual wellbeing, with a wide range of shared amenities including co-working spaces, a gym, event areas, and landscaped communal environments.

Working alongside the wider project team, our involvement reflects Arcura’s continued growth within large scale, design led residential developments, where technical expertise, collaboration, and attention to detail are key.

We are currently working through the detailed design and look forward to supporting the progression of this exciting scheme as it moves through its next stages.
