Meet Jordan McPherson 👋
From the moment Jordan walked through our doors to undertake his Level 3, he stood out as someone with professionalism, leadership qualities, and a strong understanding of the rope access industry.
Throughout the course, Jordan was punctual, driven, and naturally took initiative, even assisting with instructing some of the other learners. It quickly became clear that he had the right attitude and skillset to become a major asset to the business.
Following significant changes within Hightech Industrial Access, Jordan’s ability to lead, teach, and manage people earned him a full-time position as Project Manager and Trainee Instructor.
Since joining the team, Jordan has successfully led multiple sites, supported the delivery of training courses, and played a key role in helping Hightech continue to grow.
Jordan is a proud Darlington lad with an extensive background in cladding and fabric maintenance, having worked across both onshore and offshore projects.
We’re proud to have Jordan as part of the Hightech team and excited to see what the future holds for him.
