Had a doosan in the workshop with a cracked and broken kingpost.

The boom was stripped off and cleaned up

The damaged top section was then marked up and cut off

A new section was marked up and cut out

Fully prepped and then full-pen welded, back gouged and then back welded

It was then setup and line-bored back to spec for the new pins and bushes.

John Deere roller arm in last week that had cracked, when striping out the feed motor and guards some stress cracks were found on the opposite side as well

First the broken side was cleaned up and pressed back into position and tacked into place

One side of the crack and hole were fully cut out and fully welded up, then the other side was back cut into the new weld to make sure all of the crack was removed and then fully welded up the side with the stress cracks was done in the same way then marked out and the holes re-drilled

New shaft made up for a return roller for a crusher that the bearings had failed on.
