With 30+ injection moulding machines on site, we can handle everything from 10g shot weights right up to 5kg.

That gives us plenty of flexibility, whether we’re producing small, detailed components or larger production runs. And with everything handled in-house, we can keep a close eye on quality while keeping lead times moving.

Morning on the mills. 👍

Raw rubber on its own won't perform the way a finished product needs to, it has to be mixed with additives first. Things like carbon black for strength and wear resistance, oils for flexibility and sulphur to cure the rubber into something durable and elastic.

Our mixing mills blend all of this together in the right ratios, creating a consistent compound that's ready to move on to the next stage of production.
