Across our workshop, a range of machinery, just like this CNC machine, helps transform stone into detailed components, following precise designs and handling the heavy shaping work with speed and accuracy. From initial cutting through to refined shaping, these processes lay the groundwork for what comes next.

From there, our skilled stonemasons step in to bring each piece to its final stage, adding the detail and finish our clients expect across every project.

The outside matters just as much as what’s inside 🪨

Hard landscaping is a key part of how a project comes together. The stonework outside helps set levels, shape how a space is used and bring a better structure to the wider project.

At Meister Masonry, everything starts with the team behind the work 👷

As a family-run business, there’s a strong sense of pride and shared responsibility that runs through the company, along with a great deal of support between us all.

We place value on developing skills for the long term, with apprenticeships and training playing a key role. Many of our most experienced masons began their careers here as apprentices, going on to build decades of knowledge within the business. That continuity brings an understanding that you can see in the work we produce.

Alongside modern equipment and technology, traditional stonemasonry skills remain an important part to what we do.

Creating space for people to learn, grow and pass on their knowledge is something we care deeply about, and something we’ll continue to invest in.

We’re pleased to welcome Charlie Baldwin to Meister Masonry, joining our factory team as a Sawyer!

Charlie will be working closely with the production team, supporting the preparation and cutting of stone to meet project specifications.

His role plays an important part in the factory workflow, helping to make sure that materials are measured accurately, cut precisely and ready for the next stage in the process.

It’s a hands-on position that keeps things moving behind the scenes, and will be key to the quality and consistency we aim to deliver across every project for our clients.

Stone can last centuries, but it still needs care.

At Meister, our Restoration Team works on many different types of buildings, from private homes to commercial sites. We start by getting to understand each project and then choose the right methods to clean and repair the building, then if needed, we can also produce and install any stone that needs replacing.

One project we’re proud of is The Whiteley in London. This Grade II listed building, over 100 years old, is being transformed into apartments, shops, a cinema, a gym, and a hotel. We designed and installed more than 5,000 Portland limestone stones, including large ashlar, curved elements, keystones, and coping.

Through restoration, we help buildings maintain their strength, and seeing historic stonework renewed and the buildings transformed is what makes our work so rewarding.

An important update about our three-day Open Day event, Stone Mastered 2026 👇

After some consideration, we’ve taken the decision to reschedule Stone Mastered to Spring 2027. With everything happening across the wider economic climate and market conditions, we want to make sure the event delivers the experience it deserves and is truly worthwhile for everyone attending.

We know many of you were planning to join us, and we’re really grateful for the interest and support shown so far. It means a lot to the whole Meister team.
