Next in our Behind the Work series, we’re introducing Paul Keyte, our Sales Director.
No two days are quite the same for Paul. From liaising with clients, architects and contractors to preparing tenders and collaborating with colleagues, his role is all about building strong relationships and keeping projects moving forward. For Paul, effective communication starts with listening: understanding each client’s needs and working together to find the right solutions, ensuring every partnership is built on trust and a positive experience.
What Paul values most about his role is the people. The construction industry thrives on long-standing relationships, trust and collaboration, and these are the foundations he enjoys building throughout his work.
He also takes great satisfaction in seeing a project develop from an initial concept into a finished building. From an architect’s vision and the expertise of our Design Team to the arrival of stone in the yard, the craftsmanship that shapes it and the final installation on site, every stage plays an important part in bringing an idea to life. And there’s a particular sense of pride in passing a completed building and knowing you’ve played a part in its creation.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, watching sport and making the most of the outdoors. And, of course, there’s always time for a good coffee!
