A component can be perfectly moulded and still be a pain to assemble.

We've found it's much easier to think about that before production starts, rather than trying to solve it afterwards.

Our team can review how components will fit and work together, and where possible, build features into the design that make assembly simpler and more efficient later on. 🤝

We're busy on the screens this morning, working through a few designs for some upcoming projects.

There's a lot to consider before a component ever reaches the moulding machine. From how it will be manufactured and assembled to material choice, durability and how the finished product needs to perform.

Getting those decisions right early can save plenty of time (and headaches) further down the line. 🙌

Getting the first part right is important. Getting the 1,000th to look the same? That's what really matters to us.

Our team considers the tooling, material and machine setup, then monitors the process throughout production to keep everything running consistently.

Our Haitian MARS II was a pretty exciting addition to the factory floor.

Designed for higher performance, precision and energy efficiency, it was another step forward in our approach to using technology to improve the way we manufacture.

Two plastic components. One finished assembly. 🙌

Ultrasonic welding uses high-frequency vibrations to join plastic parts together, creating a consistent bond without the need for adhesives.

By joining moulded components in-house, we can take the process beyond the moulding stage and deliver a finished assembly, with a fast and repeatable joining process.

A component can look great on paper. Assembly is where you find out if it really works.

It's the stage where every feature, tolerance and design decision comes together to create a finished product. That's what makes assembly such a satisfying part of the manufacturing process.

It's rewarding to see everything come together just as it was designed to. 🙌
