Visual Support is our tool to make sure your lab is up and running as quickly as possible if you have any issues with your PEAK generator.
If we're not able to resolve the problem on the initial call, we'll send an engineer out to your lab to rectify any issues and they will be armed with all the information our support team have gained from that initial call, meaning they'll come fully equipped to have your lab up and running again when they leave.
