Another call out complete on Tuesday.

Customer called with a tripping motor, quick bit of testing to locate the fault, we expected it to be the motor however turns out the rubber belt of the conveyor had worn through the SWA 🤦🏻‍♂️ enough slack in the run to allow reglanding and all back in working order ✅

During a recent maintenance outage we have added this VFD.

This now allows the customer's operators to alter the speed of the infeed conveyor.

Seen here baling loose cardboard at full speed, the operators will now be able to slow the infeed down when baling other bulkier / heavy materials. This install was complete without altering any of the original program / control wiring.
