During July, our Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Manager, Chris Dalby, attended Daikin’s Global Safety Training Programme in Japan.

The programme brought together colleagues from around the world to share best practice, strengthen safety culture and explore continuous improvement.

Chris also visited three Daikin manufacturing facilities and took part in hands-on training at the Safety Dojo, bringing valuable learnings back to J & E Hall.

A fantastic opportunity to learn, collaborate and support our ongoing commitment to creating a safer workplace.

Great to bring colleagues from across APRS together for our recent Managers Conference.

Over two days, we shared business updates, explored future opportunities, exchanged ideas and strengthened relationships. Most importantly, it reinforced the value of working together to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

Our latest Daikin Applied Service Stage 2 Induction took place at the Cramlington Safety Dojo, covering Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental training.

The two-day programme included hands-on training using the Safety Dojo’s interactive simulators, followed by Stop, Think, Call & Wait training and a practical 4RKY (4 Rounds of Risk Prediction) exercise.

A great opportunity to build knowledge, develop practical skills and reinforce our commitment to safety.
