Why plastic parts look fine in mould trials 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘭 in mass production?

In many projects, T1 samples come off perfect, but issues appear once full production starts:

• Stable color in samples but drift in production
• Smooth surface in trial but defects in long runs
• Consistent size in sample but variation during mass output
• Better gloss in test parts than real batches

💡 A mould trial proves that good parts can be made, mass production proves that the process is stable under real-world conditions.
