NEW ROOF - ATTIC AND 1ST FLOOR EXTENSION WORKS :
We have been fortunate to be working under cover on a scaffolding with a roof and wrapping over the winter months. The structural work and roof is now complete. The scaffolding has been adjusted to allow window fitting and external rendering to be applied.

Double side extension completed !!!
It has been a pleasure working closely with the clients on their project .. making some minor alterations throughout the build process. These choices including the new front porch have brought their property to life.

FRONT / SIDE EXTENSIONS & FULL
RENOVATION :
This is a project that we have been working on for almost 12 months in Middleton ,Gower Peninsula.
It has been a pleasure working closely with the clients David , Sarah and family members to extend and remodel the property. After a number of key decisions, some collective trade advice and even a few minor alterations we have now brought their new dream home to life.
Massive thanks to our main team and supporting trades who together made this possible.
Building control also want to nominate this project for Building Excellence in Wales Awards which is an added bonus !!! 🤩
