Reporting directly to managing director weekly
Liaising with on site team
Budget keeping
Project targeting
Health & safety

Qualifications:
Full uk driving licence
Good understanding of current building regulations
Previous building experience in all aspects
Good attitude to problem solving
Good people skills
Most importantly taking pride in what you do !

On a mission

3 weeks in and already stripped back , we found a lot of structural issues that have already been addressed.
Some load bearing walls removed and steels fitted
New stud work going In already
Scaffolding going in to re-build chimney stack.
Solar panels are gettting fitted next week and first fix drainage / plumbing going in !!!
The Mbi family is on a mission with this one 💙

Another project started this week along with ongoing projects, we are well underway with the rip out on this 18 bed HMO working alongside a very good client to the Mbi family
We’ve had such a busy year and continue In our growth plan
