S Voase Builders are looking for an enthusiastic, confident individual with excellent organizational skills to join our growing team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collating and issuing tender enquiries to the supply chain and ensuring prices are returned in line with tender timescales
- Monitor and manage tender portal systems and ensure amendments retrieved and issued
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of tenders
- Coordinate site visits liaising with clients and subcontractors
- General administrative duties
