Beautiful, meaningful and lasting personal memorials by a local artist. Why not comission a picture to immortalise and commemorate someone you love who is no longer with us?
A part of my grandfather, Donald Keith Campbell, found his way back to me after 14 years. His ashes, once kept quietly, now live within this new series of paintings. A piece of him lives in every brushstroke., woven with his ashes, the symbolic butterfly painted in the colours of the campbell tartan. The thistle ties us back to our Scottish roots, a reminder of the strength and legacy carried through generations. A tribute of love and memory for me, this is for you Auntie Ann. Art as remembrance, Art as connection.
✨Forever remembered Dada.✨.
