Another transformation completed 🔨✨
This project involved converting an outdated kitchen and granny annex into a stunning modern open-plan living space, completely reimagining how the home is used day-to-day.
We opened up the area to create a bright, spacious kitchen, centred around a beautiful bespoke green pantry that adds both character and practical storage. A large roof lantern was installed to flood the space with natural light, making it feel even bigger and more inviting.
The finish was brought together with high-quality porcelain floor tiles throughout, complemented by striking black framed glass doors that create a real feature while still keeping that open-plan feel.
To maximise functionality, we also designed and fitted a bespoke utility room along with a new downstairs toilet, all tailored to suit the space perfectly.
A full start-to-finish transformation, combining craftsmanship, smart design, and attention to detail.

Recently completed transformation of an old under-stairs cupboard / small office into a smart new ground floor WC.
We made the most of the compact space, fitting traditional wall panelling to add character and finishing it off with period-style floor tiles to tie in perfectly with the property’s original charm.

A great example of how unused spaces can be reworked into something both practical and stylish 👍

🚿 Bathroom Renovation Completed 🚿

A bathroom renovation we completed last year at the Llanerch hotel, giving this small space a fresh, modern update.

We used stylish shower boards with a green metro tile effect, paired with a black shower screen to add contrast and a contemporary feel. Although it’s a compact bathroom, the new layout and finishes have helped it feel brighter, cleaner, and much more spacious.

A great example of how the right materials and design choices can completely transform a small room.

🎄 Recent Project – Bespoke Media Unit 🎄

A recently completed bespoke media unit, designed and built to perfectly suit the space and the customer’s needs. This unit was made to measure, providing plenty of storage while keeping a clean, modern look that ties in seamlessly with the rest of the room. Finished with attention to detail to ensure both practicality and style, it’s always great to see a custom piece come together and transform a living space.

✨ Kitchen Worktop & Splashback Upgrade – Modern Compact Laminate Transformation ✨

Just wrapped up a great little kitchen refresh for a customer who wanted to brighten the space and give it a clean, modern feel. We replaced the old worktops with sleek compact laminate, offering a stylish, durable, low-maintenance finish.

To complete the transformation, we also removed the dated tiles and fitted a white marble-effect splashback, which instantly opened up the room and added a fresh, contemporary touch.

The combination of the new worktops and splashback completely lifted the kitchen — lighter, cleaner, and exactly the modern look the customer was after.

🏛️ Victorian Balcony Restoration – Recent Project

Just wrapped up a full restoration on this beautiful Victorian-era balcony. The original structure had suffered years of weathering, rot, and loose joinery, but the goal was to preserve as much of the historic character as possible while ensuring long-term strength and safety.

The job included:
✔️ Careful removal of damaged timber
✔️ Hand-crafted replacement components to match the original mouldings and profiles
✔️ Strengthening of the subframe and balustrades
✔️ Full sanding, priming, and a fresh protective finish to keep it looking great for years to come

Multifunctional room transformation.......Our clients wanted to maximise the size of the room for storage and also keep enough room for a yoga area as well office space . We think this has worked excellently while looking sleek and modern with that spacious feeling.
