This BAC-400M system is now on its way to RedStag Materials Ltd, where it will be used for bagging cold asphalt.

The system includes:
♦️ 4m³ hopper
♦️ Bulk infeed conveyor
♦️ Bag clamp
♦️ Filled bag conveyor
♦️ Hot air bag sealer

As the system will be operating outdoors, we’ve adapted the design to house the bag clamp, filled bag conveyor and hot air bag sealer inside a container to suit the customer’s requirements✏️

We can customise our systems to suit your product, process and site requirements, creating a solution that works for your application.

We’re pleased to be supplying and installing this fully automated system as part of Bury Hill Landscape Supplies’ latest investment in their production line⚙️

The installation is progressing well, with assembly, integration and commissioning now underway🔧 It’s great to see the system taking shape, and we’re looking forward to getting it fully operational✅
