Another installation underway🚀

We’re pleased to be supplying and installing this fully automated system as part of Bury Hill Landscape Supplies’ latest investment in their production line⚙️

The installation is progressing well, with assembly, integration and commissioning now underway🔧 It’s great to see the system taking shape, and we’re looking forward to getting it fully operational✅

Tuesday Machine Focus 🛠️

This week, we’re taking a closer look at our BAC-600M Mobile Packaging System.

Designed for businesses where space and flexibility are key, the BAC-600M is a containerised semi-automatic bagging system capable of handling 500–700 bags per hour.

⚙️ Key features:
• 5m³ hopper for 10–25kg bags
• Integrated weighing system
• One-operator operation
• Customisable for different products

This week we've welcomed three work experience students to Bulk Automation!

🔧 Harry and Caiden have spent the week in our workshop, getting a hands-on look at how our systems are manufactured and assembled.

💻 Lily has been based in the office, spending time with a range of departments to gain an insight into the different areas of the business. Today, she also ventured out into the workshop to help out our engineers and experience another side of the business👷‍♀️⚙️

📚 It's been great having them with us, and we hope they've enjoyed the experience, developed new skills, and gained a better understanding of the industry.

👏 Thank you all for your hard work this week. We wish Lily, Harry, and Caiden all the very best for the future!⭐
