We are absolutely delighted to share that our Co-Founder, Dipalee Jukes, has been recognised as one of the Top 20 Influential and Inspirational Women in Ground Engineering for 2026 by Ground Engineering magazine.

A huge moment and a huge achievement.

Dipalee is a multi award winning business leader, geologist and engineer, and Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Ground & Water. With over two decades in the industry, she has built a values driven consultancy rooted in integrity, courage, equality and community, while championing inclusion in a sector where representation remains limited.

Her impact reaches far beyond our business. Through mentoring, advocacy and visibility, she continues to inspire the next generation and reshape what leadership looks like in ground engineering.
