We are now looking for a capable Site Manager to take full operational control of projects on site.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing projects from start to completion, ensuring programme, quality, and cost control are maintained at all times.

Your duties will include:
• Managing daily site operations
• Supervising subcontractors and direct labour
• Coordinating materials and deliveries
• Maintaining programme and sequencing
• Monitoring site costs and reducing waste
• Enforcing health & safety compliance
• Ensuring high finish quality with minimal rework
• Providing structured weekly progress updates to directors

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing residential refurbishment projects
• Strong understanding of structural works and renovations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Commercial awareness and cost control mindset
• SMSTS (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
