🚨 Emergency call-out resolved 🚨

Our drainage team was on site within the hour following reports of sewage backing up into a toilet and bath at a block of flats in London.

Using specialist equipment including a plunger and rodding machine via the wall access hatch, we got to work and successfully restored full flow to the system ✅

Everything is now running as it should 👊

To help prevent future issues, we’ve recommended a full stack pipe descale and a CCTV survey to ensure the pipework is clear and in good condition.
