❗️ Fittra is looking for a proactive office-manager and executive team assistant to join its offices in West London❗️

We are a thriving property renovation company located inActon Town area. With a dedicated team of professionals, we specialise in delivering high-quality, bespoke construction projects in the residential sector.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day office operations, answering phone calls, welcoming guests, etc;
Helping the team with scanning and archiving documents, keeping the directors’ diaries updated, arranging meetings and keeping track of office communication;
Putting together presentations and other marketing materials to assist the team;
Marketing or similar background would be an advantage.

What we offer:

Friendly team;
Professional growth;
Work in a comfortable and conveniently located office;
28 days of paid holiday (including Bank holidays);
