The furniture you won’t find in any shop 🛒

Bespoke joinery is part of every home we finish. Designed around the space, not dropped into it. A kitchen in warm walnut, a fitted dressing room, a vanity made to sit under a sloped ceiling, shelving built into the wall.

Shop furniture almost fits. Ours fits exactly.

The furniture you won’t find in any shop 🛒

Bespoke joinery in every home we finish. Designed around the space, not dropped into it.

A kitchen in warm walnut. A fitted dressing room. A vanity made to sit under a sloped ceiling. Shelving built into the wall.

We work with joinery workshops we’ve used for years. Measured against the room as built, delivered to programme, checked before anything is installed.

One contract, one team accountable — so a delayed door or a unit 10mm out never becomes your problem to solve.

A house tucked away behind the Royal Albert Hall 🎭
Here’s a walk through the spaces before the transformation begins.

Behind every renovation is months of planning before the first tool even arrives on site.

New layouts. New services. Insulation. Ventilation. Dozens of different trades, all working in the right sequence.

Our job is to make sure everything is coordinated before work starts, so each stage builds on the last instead of undoing it. That means working closely with the architect, suppliers and specialist trades to plan the project properly from day one.

It’s not the most visible part of a renovation, but it’s what makes everything that follows run smoothly.

One flight through Marlborough Gate House, Bayswater - a Grade II listed terrace reworked from the inside out.

Two flats amalgamated into one. Structural alterations and new steel. Windows and doors restored and replaced. Fire-rated upgrades throughout. Historic features specialist-restored. New kitchens and bathrooms, bespoke joinery, roof and terrace works, communal areas, and full mechanical and electrical installations across the building.

Dozens of trades, and the complexity stayed on our side of the wall.

Structural work rarely looks like much. Then this happens.

In the heart of Notting Hill, we opened up the whole ground floor into one open-plan living space, and turned the loft into a proper room. New steel and foundations to carry it, then engineered oak floors, a bespoke spiral staircase, new kitchen, bathrooms and wet rooms throughout.

Two rooms became one. A roof became a bedroom. Same footprint, a completely different home.

All the client had to do was move back in.

Tucked away behind the Royal Albert Hall, in one of London’s most storied corners a private home.

✍🏻 We’re on our way to 100 Signature Homes across London, and here’s another one starting.

A project like this looks calm from the outside, but there’s a lot going on beneath it: the structure, the logistics, the hundred small decisions that have to go right.

That’s our job to hold, not the client’s. We take the weight of it so all they’re left with is how good it felt, and how well it turned out.

That’s really the whole idea behind how we work.

Next time, we’ll take you inside.

A neglected top-floor Victorian flat in Hampstead, transformed into a light-filled home with a rooftop garden.

Designed by StudioRes by Marriott and delivered by Fittra, the project has been featured by Leibal Leibal, one of the world’s leading architecture and design publications.

Located within one of London’s most protected Conservation Areas, every intervention required careful planning and precise ex*****on.

Our scope included:

• Rebuilding the roof to create the rooftop terrace
• A bespoke steel and timber spiral staircase
• Structural steel and timber works
• New skylights and traditional leadwork
• Engineered timber flooring, microcement finishes and wet underfloor heating

A great collaboration and a project we’re proud to have been part of. Swipe through to explore the finished home, read what the client had to say about working with us.

The least glamorous stage of a renovation is often the most important.

To create brighter, more spacious rooms, we’re not raising the ceilings. We’re lowering the concrete floor slab beneath them.

Precise structural work most people will never notice. Get it wrong, and every finish that follows is compromised. Get it right, and it disappears completely. All you feel is the light and the space.

That’s the kind of complexity that stays on our side of the fence. The client just watches the home take shape.

Next up: first fix. Follow along as it comes together ▶️
