🚿 Shower tray replacement done right.

What looked like a simple swap turned into a full subfloor repair job — rotted boards, years of water damage hiding underneath. We stripped it all back, rebuilt the subfloor properly, fitted a brand new quadrant tray, new shower enclosure, new screen and a thermostatic bar valve, and left it clean and ready to go.
