Final images from a recent Creative Morning talk in Derby, discussing the theme

It's such a great community to be part of, attended by so many creative people who run local businesses all over the East Midlands. It's a fantastic way of connecting with the local talent on our doorstep and networking in a way that's more social than selling.

Originally introduced to the community by Tim Elliott, now the events are run by the brilliant .york and .

Definitely recommend coming along, 3rd Friday of every month with different speakers and themes.

A massive thank you to .york and the team for allowing us to host a recent Creative Morning talk on exploring from a design perspective.

The main part of the talk we delved into buying habits and rituals when shopping, these could include from only selecting certain outlets & brands, trying before buying to only shopping at certain times if the year. We also looked design rituals from the personal to practical then discussed the theme with the audience to get their perspective.
