𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✔️ Implement and monitor planned preventative maintenance schedules across all locations
✔️ Daily contact with maintenance staff at each site to provide direction and to ensure timely completion of reactive and emergency maintenance works
✔️ Conduct regular site inspections
✔️ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, compliance checks and repairs
✔️ Work closely with home managers to prioritise maintenance needs
✔️ Provide technical advice and problem solving to on-site maintenance personnel
✔️ Manage existing sub-contractor teams, source appoint and manage external subcontractors for specialist maintenance works
✔️ Monitor contractor performance and timelines
✔️ Prepare, manage and monitor maintenance budgets across the group
✔️ Produce cost estimates and project costings for planned and reactive works
✔️ Manage out of hours essential maintenance
✔️ Liaise with Health and Safety officer to ensure all premises comply with health and safety legislation and regulations set by the RQIA
✔️ Liaise with Health and Safety officer to ensure all statutory testing, certification and inspection completed (e.g., fire safety, electrical, gas, water hygiene, and care equipment)

Conway Group Healthcare is thrilled to announce the successful acquisition of Parkdean Care Home located in Fortwilliam Park, North Belfast, further enhancing our comprehensive healthcare portfolio.

This facility, positioned in a prime area of North Belfast, is set to offer specialised care for up to 64 residents. Our primary objective is to implement transformative changes at the site, rebuild community trust and ensure that the care home becomes a positive asset for the neighbourhood.
