Weβre seeking a proactive and experienced Estates and Maintenance Manager to oversee the effective maintenance, safety and functionality across all properties within the Group, including 13 healthcare settings.

βοΈ Implement and monitor planned preventative maintenance schedules across all locations
βοΈ Daily contact with maintenance staff at each site to provide direction and to ensure timely completion of reactive and emergency maintenance works
βοΈ Conduct regular site inspections
βοΈ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, compliance checks and repairs
βοΈ Work closely with home managers to prioritise maintenance needs
βοΈ Provide technical advice and problem solving to on-site maintenance personnel
βοΈ Manage existing sub-contractor teams, source appoint and manage external subcontractors for specialist maintenance works
βοΈ Monitor contractor performance and timelines
βοΈ Prepare, manage and monitor maintenance budgets across the group
βοΈ Produce cost estimates and project costings for planned and reactive works
βοΈ Manage out of hours essential maintenance
βοΈ Liaise with Health and Safety officer to ensure all premises comply with health and safety legislation and regulations set by the RQIA
βοΈ Liaise with Health and Safety officer to ensure all statutory testing, certification and inspection completed (e.g., fire safety, electrical, gas, water hygiene, and care equipment)
