There has been a lot of discussion about products, pricing, dilution rates, comparisons and who does what better 🙄
To be honest, that's not what keeps me awake at night.
What keeps me awake is where our industry is heading.
When I founded Njord Chemicals, I wasn't trying to build another chemical company.
I was trying to challenge what many believed was impossible.
The belief that powerful cleaning products had to come with compromises.
That high performance meant harsh chemistry.
That safer formulations couldn't outperform traditional products.
That liquids with the dilution rates of powders could exist...
That environmental responsibility had to come at the expense of results.
I believed there was a better way.
Everything we've done since has been driven by a single mission:
To help lead the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry into a future that is safer, smarter, more sustainable and more effective than ever before.
That's why we've invested in biodegradable technologies.
That's why we've pushed for safer formulations.
That's why we've spent countless hours developing products that don't simply match industry expectations—but challenge them.
Because the future of professional cleaning isn't about who can make the cheapest bottle.
It's about who can create the best solutions for cleaners, customers and the world around us.
Every great industry moves forward because somebody is willing to question the way things have always been done.
Today, thousands of professional cleaners use Njord products every single week. Not because they're told to. Not because they're forced to.
Because they've seen the results for themselves.
They've seen carpets cleaned to a higher standard.
They've seen customers amazed by the outcomes.
They have had more repeat work, and recommendations from their customers.
They've seen that safety, sustainability and performance can exist together.
For that, I am incredibly grateful.
Njord has never been about me.
It's never been about winning arguments on social media.
It's about building something that genuinely improves our industry and helps professional cleaners build stronger businesses.
